Principal Designer and Partner Natasa Jones was born and raised in Europe, where her aesthetic was shaped long before she formally studied design. Surrounded by centuries old architecture, enduring craftsmanship, and the effortless sophistication of European fashion, she developed an innate understanding that beauty is not accidental. It is intentional.
Natasa studied studio arts in Montenegro, grounding herself in classical principles of proportion, balance, and composition. She later continued her education in Chicago, earning her degree in Interior Design and refining a perspective that seamlessly bridges old world influence with modern refinement.
Her work is informed not only by education, but by experience. Having lived in Bosnia, Montenegro, and the United States, Natasa understands that home transcends geography. To her, home is not simply where you reside. It is where you feel anchored. It is a layered narrative told through texture, material, light, and form. It is both sanctuary and statement.

Katie Ryan Pluer, VP and Partner at Natasa Jones Interiors, holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Madison. A seasoned entrepreneur, her expertise lies in business development, strategic growth, and operational excellence. Throughout her career, Katie has successfully launched, scaled, and exited businesses across multiple industries, bringing a disciplined and visionary approach to every venture she leads.
At Natasa Jones Interiors, Katie ensures that creativity is supported by structure. She oversees the firm’s strategic direction and operational framework, allowing the design team to deliver an elevated and seamless experience to every client.
Beyond business, Katie is deeply committed to service and leadership within the community. She has served on the Development Committee for Nia Imani, on the Board of Women for MACC, and as Co Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at Lueder Financial Group. Raised in a culture rooted in generosity and care, she believes meaningful impact, whether in business or in community, is built through intention, integrity, and action.

Ellie holds an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design with an emphasis on Kitchen and Bath from WCTC. She has a passion for residential design and a deep appreciation for a well-designed home. Ellie specializes in space planning, kitchen and bath design, furniture selections, 3D renderings, and drawings. Her design aesthetic is mid-century modern while keeping a harmonious blend of sleek simplicity, organic forms and functional design. She likes to embrace a timeless design.
In her free time, you can find Ellie spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys walking with her dog Scout, finding new trails in Wisconsin, and grabbing coffee with a friend at a local coffee shop.
